Testimonials by Andrew's PatientsAugust 24, 2008
I would like to tell you my positive experience with Acupuncture. I injured my knee 8 months ago. My family Doctor ordered x-rays. There were no broken or fractured bones. Our family Physician then prescribed a knee brace and pain medication. I was on crutches for 6 weeks. I decided to see Dr. Wells and try Acupuncture and herbs. After 2 treatments, the swelling in my knee was down by half. I had several more treatments along with prescribed herbs. I am very happy with the results. I then decided to have Acupuncture for my Glaucoma which I have had for 20 years. I have been using eye drops for years, however, eventually the drops ceased to work in lowering the eye pressure, and the drops caused a great deal of eye irritation, as well. My other alternative was Laser surgery. I decided to give Acupuncture a try to lower my eye pressure. My next appointment with my ophthalmologist showed that the pressure had lowered by 5-6 points, but because eye pressure changes from day to day I decided to try another treatment along with herbs and eye vitamins. 2 weeks prior to my next eye test. Again, the pressure was lower than usual. I believe that Dr. Wells Acupuncture treatment along with herbs and eye vitamins was the reason for my lowered eye pressure. Sincerely,
September 23, 2008 My name is Tim Hulcher and I am 57 years old. In January of this year (2008) while shoveling snow, I slipped and fell, injuring my left shoulder. After three months of conservative treatment, my doctor ordered an MRI. It was determined I had torn my rotator cuff, and it would need surgery to repair. Four months had passed since the injury and my doctor told me my shoulder was now “frozen” and surgery could not be done until I regained full range of motion. I was given two epidural injections and sent to physical therapy. After two weeks and limited results, I remembered my neighbor, Andrew Wells, was an acupuncturist and herbalist. When Andrew began his treatments, I could barely raise my arm without extreme pain. After only three treatments and taking the prescribed herbs, I regained full range of motion pain free. In fact, my shoulder felt so good, I decided not to have surgery at this time. I am delighted with my results, and highly recommend Andrew and his Treatments. Tim Hulcher
